To get to the Request Profile page, use the following steps:
The Customer Request Profile page stores all of the request details including the date when the request was made and the reason for it, the priority level, how it was made, its origin, and the status. The profile page also keeps track of to whom the request was assigned, their role, and their responses to each request.
The Assignment Profile page stores similar information regarding assignments.
Adding a request creates the Customer Request Profile. From the Profile tabs, you can add and view assignments, documents, comments, and contact responses.
The Edit button is the only functionality on the Actions Bar.
